The CrossFit fitness program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect workout choice for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used the same routine for elderly individuals with heart disease that we have for professional athletes - with total focus on athletes' safety. We scale load and intensity, and we will increase both load and intensity only when our athletes are physically and mentally prepared. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life... reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist. We integrate Olympic lifting, gymnastics, endurance training, and sprint training: you'll get familiar with terms like "farmer's carry", "monkey-bar runs", "cargo net climb", "sled pull", and "tire flip", and you will never, ever get bored with your workout again.
