CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movement executed at high intensity. We all do the same things in squatting, deadlifting, jumping, running, throwing, pulling which are all natural movements we see in everyday life and activities we do. We are confident that in doing CrossFit every aspect of your being will change. You will see yourself get stronger, fitter, faster, more flexible and your confidence will rise significantly. The workouts you will see at Duna Bootcamp are scaled to meet your needs. Regardless of your ability or experience you will encounter your best fitness level with our CrossFit Programme. All our CrossFit classes last 60 minutes which include a warm up, workout and cool down. Is CrossFit Right for Me? If you are someone who: Is looking to get in shape but can’t face going to a gym Has lost interest in your gym routine Thinks you don’t have time to exercise Is looking to get faster or stronger in your sport Is no longer seeing results with your current training regime Then CrossFit is for YOU. Every workout is different, and since you will rarely do the same thing twice, you are less likely to lose interest or get bored than if you were doing the same session at the gym three days a week. Because our classes are only an hour long they can fit into even the busiest schedules. Since opening, our athletes have seen dramatic changes in their speed, strength, performance, and body composition. Finally, CrossFit is FUN! Our coaches and participants are welcoming, supportive, and committed to creating an environment where everyone can succeed. Q & A: What is CrossFit? We teach and offer CrossFit through our training programme which is suitable and taught for all fitness levels and abilities. We deliver fitness and health through support and community development. Do I need to be a serious athlete to take part in your CrossFit Classes? We takes pride is saying that we are able to offer programme to any individual regardless of fitness level or ability. So whether this is your first time working out or you are an experienced athlete, our CrossFit Programme is for you. I am visiting from out of town, can I come to a class? Yes, of course! Check out our schedule online, find a class and send an email wait for our approval. Our drop in price for CrossFitters is EUR 20. Make sure you come 10 minutes prior to starting a class to fill out a waiver and information form. We look forward to meeting you. How intense are the classes? Our classes are all scalable to each individuals fitness level. You decide exactly how intense your workout will be. What can I expect from joining your programme? With joining our programme you can expect to get in the best shape of your life. Get out of the gym for an untraditional workout. Expect to improve your core strength and gain a leaner body as well as functional strength which applies to everyday life and all sports. Who are your coaches? All coaches are all professional CrossFit certified trainers and highly experienced and motivated towards group training.
