Crossfit 214 is a dedicated strength and conditioning facility in the heart of Dallas, Texas. Our facility offers 7,000 square feet of indoor space located near City Place and just a couple minutes from both downtown Dallas and Baylor hospital. We do both group and individual coaching primarily based on CrossFit methodology. CrossFit workouts use functional movements (weightlifting, gymnastics, running, throwing, plyometrics, etc) short intense workouts aimed at optimizing athletic performance. We also tie in nutritional strategies and lifestyle coaching to meet each individual athletes goals.
