CrossFit West O'ahu is an extension of CrossFit East O'ahu. We at CFWO are dedicated to help transform people into the athletes they want to be through CrossFit. We are open seven days a week on the beautiful west side of O'ahu. Our box is home to a dedicated and qualified coaching staff, ample space and well-maintained equipment, and an openly friendly clientele. Our CrossFit West O'ahu Ohana would like to welcome you!
