Welcome to CrossFit Untamed! We started out in a garage in 2009. With a dream and a passion for fitness the journey began. Back then not many people knew what CrossFit even was, what started as an online training program has tuned into the sport of fitness. CrossFit is unique, in its style of training. It is also one of the most effective training methods for helping you meet all your fitness needs. Whether its to lose weight, gain muscle or just be happy with yourself CrossFit gives you the confidence, and ability to do more than you thought possible. You don’t have to be “fit” to start. We cater to all levels, sizes, and abilities. With each year that passes CrossFit grows a little more and has become more common than uncommon We have also grown, and changed over the years We pride ourselves in having top notch coaching, the best quality equipment, and a clean, well organized facility. But what really makes Untamed so awesome is the community of people that workout here on a daily basis. We are a family and we like to have fun!
