We believe that health and fitness is closely tied to quality of life. We want to inspire people to do the things they want to do. To take on challenges, take risks, and walk confidently. We do this through expert teaching and coaching, utilizing the CrossFit method and proven strength and conditioning. We produce strong, fit, and healthy individuals. We allow CrossFit to expose our weaknesses, and turn them into strengths. We leave our egos and our daily troubles at the door – there is no room for bad attitudes or negativity, and because of this, the community at Outlaw North is our strongest aspect of all.
