As the premier CrossFit Gym of Irving, Las Colinas, and Farmers Branch; we offer 10,000 sq. ft. of fitness, fun, and friendship. Families take advantage of our kids room thats lined with gymnastic flooring. We love to sweat but it gets hot in Texas. We keep things reasonable with our nine a/c units and our "Big Ass Fans" to keep you cool. Need to hit the showers before heading into work?! No worries we have spa like amenities and we will even provide you with a fresh towel. We train to be beyond fit well into our 90's. Our program blends aspects of HIIT, weightlifting, gymnastics, running, and rowing to help you train for all facets of life. The energy to play a pick up game of basketball, chase after your kids, and push away the retirement home. We strive to nurture a diverse, community oriented environment that encourages you to discover and exceed your abilities. It doesn't matter if you finish the workout first or last, we (as a community) will always be there to support and encourage you.
