CrossFit Gladstone is a CrossFit and Weightlifting facility, located in Central Queensland. ​ At CrossFit Gladstone we strive to encourage and motivate each individual to become the best version of themselves. In doing so, we apply functional fitness training to each of our classes, including gymnastics, endurance and weightlifting. ​ We believe in fitness and it's ability to unlock everyone's full potential and make a positive impact on people's lives.
