CrossFit Avalanche opened its doors in Tahoe Vista in July 2009. We offer members of all ability levels high quality personal and group fitness training, led by experienced coaches. We love Lake Tahoe and all the activities that this beautiful area offers. Our goal is to help you and your body enjoy those activities as much as possible.
