The Branchburg Barbell Bender is a fitness competition held to raise money for Branchburg P.B.A. Local 397 and Companions for Heroes (C4H). The competition will feature a partner Hero WOD as well as individual and team challenges. Full details of workouts will be posted approximately 1 month prior to the Competition. Teams will consist of 2 members (same sex) competing in RX or Scaled divisions.
