WZA Strong combines the grit of strongman with the muscle endurance of functional fitness. Athletes can expect to face heavy carries mixed with gymnastics movements in a showcase of hybrid strength.

40 athletes (20 males and 20 females) will compete in this one-day competition. Throughout the day, athletes will face up to 7 workouts on the Tina Hills Pavilion Stage. Please note, there are no refunds or exchanges allowed.
