Entering its fourth year SETD’s annual fitness competition will be held at The V: Premier Group Fitness (CrossFit IV), which is located inside of the 15,000 square foot fitness facility of The V: Premier Group Fitness. This years competition format will consist of two person teams (M/M or F/F) and a masters division starting at 40 years old (M/M or F/F).
