Join us on June 15th as Hybrid Farm, home of CrossFit Rice Lake, will be hosting its third team fitness competition. This will be our biggest year yet as we have made changes to our divisions and have exciting events programmed! Teams of 2 (MM or FF) will perform 4 scored events. The top 5 teams in each division will move on to the finals for a 5th event. Early registration opens February 1st. Grab a training buddy and register before the price goes up April 1st. 2019 Division Standards: Our goal is to get people into the appropriate divisions based on their fitness level. We have removed the Intermediate division and encourage anyone that has participated at an Intermediate level to move up to Rx'd this year. The workouts will be programmed in a manner that allows teams to progress through the workouts without getting stuck on a high skill movement early in the event. Higher skill/ heavier movements may only require one of the two athletes to complete the reps as opposed to splitting reps/rounds evenly, so choose a teammate that compliments your strengths/weaknesses. Rx’d Masters is a newly added division. The masters will perform the same workout standards as the Rx’d division throughout the first 4 events. The top 5 Rx’d Masters teams will have a DIFFERENT Final than the Rx’d teams and be scored on their own leaderboard across all 5 events. Rx'd: BOTH athletes should be able to perform the following standards: Chin over bar Pull-ups: 5-10 unbroken Toes to bar: 5-10 unbroken Double unders: 10-20 at a time Bench press: 135/85 for multiple reps Thruster: 135/85 for low reps Snatch: 115/75 for multiple reps Clean and Jerk: 135/95 for multiple reps One or more athletes should be able to perform Muscle-ups(ring or bar), Handstand push-ups, Double unders, pistols, rope climbs. NOTE* higher skill movements will be reserved for the end of events I.E. end of a chipper and Finals as we encourage more people to compete in Rx’d this year. Masters Rx'd Same standards as Rx'd, but they will be on a separate leaderboard and have a different Final for the top 5 teams. Scaled: BOTH athletes should be able to complete: Toes to Shoulders: 5-10 unbroken Bench Press: 115/65 for multiple reps Thruster: 95/65 for low reps Clean and Jerk: 95/65 for multiple reps Wall Balls 20/14 DB Snatch: 50/35 Proficient in single unders *Note that division standards are the minimum requirements and actual event loads may be different from the above. The standards do NOT reflect every movement that will come up in competition.
