The 2019 Mid -Atlantic Mixer is a 4 person team event hosted by CrossFit Vint Hill. Programmed to the beginner and intermediate athlete to test your functional fitness across 4 events and 1 final. Grassroots CrossFit at its finest. CrossFit Vint Hill is a 7400sqft facility nestled between an amazing Brewery & Farm-to-Table Caterer, CrossFit Vint Hill is excited to announce Summer MAM 2019. Athletes receive a Macro Balanced Boxed Meal & 1st Post-Event Beer at OBH included w/ athlete registration!** Athlete or spectator, you will not want to miss this event!
