The 3rd annual G-Town Throwdown is a 2 person co-ed CrossFit competition held on August 3, 2019 hosted by CrossFit 133. Each team will consist of one male athlete and one female athlete competing in one of our four divisions: Rx and Scaled as well as Masters (40+) Rx and Scaled. Each team will complete 3 workouts and a floater with prizes given to the top three teams in each division. This competition is designed for the average CrossFitter. Those who sign up before July 21, 2019 will receive a G-Town Throwdown t-shirt. WODs may be announced prior to the event.

The 3rd annual G-Town Throwdown is a 2 person co-ed CrossFit competition held on August 3, 2019 hosted by CrossFit 133. Each team will consist of one male athlete and one female athlete competing in one of our four divisions: Rx and Scaled as well as Masters (40+) Rx and Scaled. Each team will complete 3 workouts and a floater with prizes given to the top three teams in each division. This competition is designed for the average CrossFitter. Those who sign up before July 21, 2019 will receive a G-Town Throwdown t-shirt. WODs may be announced prior to the event. Cost is $150 per team. No refunds. Athlete check-in will be 7:30-8:30 am with an athlete briefing at 8:30 am. The first heat will begin promptly at 9:00 am. The competition will be done and prizes awarded before 2:00 pm! Rx: Snatch 115/75 for reps Clean 155/95 for reps S2OH: 135/85 for reps Deadlift 225/155 for reps Chest to Bar Pull Up HSPU Double Unders Box Jump (24/20) Toes to Bar KBS (53/35) Masters Rx / Scaled: Snatch 75/55 for reps Clean 115/75 for reps S2OH: 115/65 for reps Deadlift 155/105 for reps Ring Rows Hand release push ups Single Unders Box Jump/Step Ups (20) Knees Up KBS (45/26) Masters Scaled: DB Snatch Clean 75/45 for reps S2OH: 65/45 for reps Deadlift 95/65 for reps Ring Rows Hand release push ups Single Unders Box Step Ups (20) Knees Up KBS (35/26) Note: These standards are meant as a guide and not an indication of actual WODs. Each competitor should have the level of fitness and strength indicated in their division
