Prove your fitness and put your training to the test. The Florida Open by CrossFit Tamiami is a cross-fitness competition designed to test an athlete's strength, agility, speed and overall "cross-fitness". This one-day competition is Sunday, March 31, 2019.

Athletes will compete as same-sex pairs in the division of: Scaled, Intermediate, RX, and Masters (35+) where they will have the chance to prove their abilities as they go head to head tackling an array of workouts integrating Olympic Lifting, Strongman, and cross-fitness elements. Just as CrossFit is an all-inclusive sport of fitness, we want to welcome all ages and skill levels to join in this unique throw down. In addition, as advocates for healthier living and forging the future fitness, a portion of our proceeds from the event will be benefiting the Miami Children's Hospital.
