It only happens twice a year...Freebee Week! ALL CLASSES FREE and open to anybody, all week! All you need to do is show up in your workout gear, and be ready to have some fitness fun with a great community! All workouts are scalable and modified for each individual based on where you are, so they're GREAT FOR ANYBODY, regardless of age or ability. Grab a buddy, spouse or co-worker, and come in throughout the week to see if CrossFit 327 and our crew are for you. Our small classes, super experienced coaches, and welcoming atmosphere might be just what you need to achieve your health and wellness goals! Class times are as follows: M-F: 5am, 6am, 9am, 12pm express (45 min), 315pm MWF only, 415pm, 5pm, 545pm Saturday: 7am Barbell Club, 8am, 9am Sunday: small group foundations for those who want to join (time TBD) ***WE WILL ALSO OFFER A LIMITED TIME MEMBERSHIP SPECIAL THROUGHOUT THE WEEK. STAY TUNED FOR DETAILS. (Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get a waiver signed. Please also note that anybody under 18 years old must have a parent or guardian present to sign their waiver. At this time, we are not permitting Freebee Week participants under the age of 14.)
