The British Functional Fitness AGE GROUP championships (BFFCAG) for competitive functional fitness in the UK. Catering for age groups 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59 and 60+, we aim to establish national champions in each of these age groups. The BFFCAG seeks to achieve three objectives: - to deliver a community-owned national championships of the highest quality; - to identify national champions who can credibly claim to be the fittest male or female in their age group in the United Kingdom; and - to inspire athletes of all abilities to become the best athlete they can be.
