Workout Description
Barbara is a Girl wod crossfit benchmark workout. The workout looks easy on the first round, but when you continue – this is not so easy anymore. You have 3 minutes rest after each round, the time you can recover, but don’t sit down or lie down! Goal of this benchmark is to keep the high intensity through all 5 rounds, that’s why you have to choose right strategy for you, which depends on your weakest movement.
Rest precisely 3 minutes between each round.
