Workout Description

WOD Jackie is a Girl crossfit benchmark workout.. Jackie was the first workout at the 2013 Regionals. Many of the Benchmark or "girl" wods are meant to be very quick. Jackie is one of them. Faster athletes will be closer to 6 or 7 minutes. Have a plan for each movement. A pace to hold on the row and sets for the thrusters and pull-ups.
