Workout Description

Chelsea is a Girl WOD crossfit benchmark workout.  Each minute on the minute (EMOM) complete 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, and 15 squats. Your score is total number of 1-minute rounds completed, plus number of reps completed in first incomplete round. If you finish the exercises before the minute you can rest. The WOD ends when you cannot complete the round before the minute is over.
