Growing up in the Santa Cruz Mountains, I have had the great fortune to experience all the wonders that this place has to offer. As a youth, I played many of the organized sports that we still hold dear today. I have a background in baseball, wrestling, football, MMA, Rodeo, and CrossFit. I have been blessed to work with and shadow some of the most recognized members in the CrossFit community. Looking back, I feel that CrossFit, not only could have, but absolutely would have, enhanced my ability across all sport domains and life experiences. I want to share what I've learned along the way to the people of our community, so that they may better achieve what they love most through a healthy lifestyle. My goal, as a owner/head coach, is to encourage a way of life that promotes the member to produce the highest, greatest, and utmost development of themselves.
