CrossFit Indestri is a premier fitness facility in Collingwood, Ontario. Founded in 2010 on the belief and principals of fitness, community, accountability, adaptability and integrity. We believe in the philosophy of CrossFit as it has broken down the barriers between weightlifting, cardio and body weight enthusiasts. It is our mission to offer high quality coaching and the best possible service aimed at helping people of all fitness levels improve their quality of life. CrossFit Indestri- "The Collingwood Original" was established in 2010. It is a strength and conditioning facility utilizing the fundamentals of CrossFit, and applying them to fitness combined with our own philosophy. We do not claim to be "experts" in fitness, but students. Fitness is always evolving, and our coaches are continuously educating themselves to "Build a stronger community one workout at a time".
