OD WEEKLIES IS THE WORLD’S FIRST CONTINUOUS ONLINE FITNESS COMPETITION. HERE’S HOW IT WORKS. Register before the beginning of one of the 4 annual seasons. Season 1 — Jan 1st – March 15th Season 2 — April 1st – June 15th Season 3 — July 1st – Sept 15th Season 4 — Oct 1st – Dec 15th YOU ARE REGISTERING FOR SEASON 3, 2019. 2. During each season, weekly WODs will be announced online every Sunday at 5pm PST. Our WODs are programmed to be short and fun, so as to not interfere with your regular training. 3. You will have one week to complete the WOD and submit your video submission online. 4. Each week is considered its own competition and weekly winners will be awarded cash prizes (amounts based on weekly participation). You’re welcome to come and go as you please week by week, but there will be leaderboard standings each season and season winners will be awarded more cash prizes. FAQS WHAT ARE THE VIDEO SUBMISSION RULES? All videos must be unedited. Your must state your name at the beginning of the video, and stay in the frame of the video for duration of the workout. All movements and reps must clearly be demonstrated to standard in full view. Fisheye or wide angle lenses may be rejected due to picture distortion. There must be a visible timer running in the frame of the video. WHAT DIVISIONS ARE THERE? At the moment we are simply doing Men’s and Women’s RX and Scaled divisions. Masters may be added later depending on demand. WHAT KINDS OF WODS CAN I EXPECT TO SEE? Our competition program is different than most by design. Because we are a weekly competition and we run year-round, we have designed a workout program that is meant to be fast, fun and not disrupt your regular training. NO REFUNDS – NO SUBSTITUTIONS
