Same great workout ... in honor of a Hero ... and benefiting local veterans! Thank you for being part of such an amazing event benefiting a great cause! Plenty of fun for everyone!

Event Information

The 6th Annual Memorial Day Challenge (Murph) has a new home for 2019 in Wayzata! On behalf of FitHAUS and The Brost Clinic, and with the help of CrossFit SISU, the event continues!! Same great workout ... in honor of a Hero ... and benefiting local veterans! Thank you for being part of such an amazing event benefiting a great cause! Plenty of fun for everyone! Come cheer on the athletes, or register to jump in the workout: The Workout: 1 Mile Run 100 Pullups 200 Pushups 300 Squats 1 Mile Run We welcome everyone to participate and have plenty of divisions to choose from: Elite - Full workout completed with 20# vest / 14# for ladies. RX - Full workout completed RX (no vest required, but allowed!) Scaled - Movements may be scaled as needed (jumping pull-ups, bands, knee pushups, etc). Both runs will still be 1 mile each. Teams of 2: BOTH members run BOTH miles together, split pull-ups/pushups/squats as desired to equal 100/200/300 TOTAL, athletes will work at same time. Parent / Child: 1/2 mile run to start, then parent & child split 100/200/300 however desired, working at same time, scaling as much as needed, 1/2 mile run to finish. Kids must be 15 or younger. Kids (ages 6 - 12): 1/2 mile run, 50 pull-ups, 100 pushups, 150 squats (scaled as needed), 1/2 mile run
