It will be an event that covers, like previous editions, all categories of this sport for men and women (Elite Rx, Rx Intermediate, Master + 35, Scaled) at the individual level. For the fourth consecutive year and to provide an opportunity for athletes or athletes with a basic level of movements and exercises, we will have the NOVEL category, where men and women can compete performing basic exercises but executed at a high-moderate intensity.
