Event Information

Epic Interval Training has created a championship series to find the most functional athlete! This championship consists of 8 exercises for repetition and time. Each athlete will get: 40 seconds at each of the 8 stations to complete as many repetitions as possible under the watchful eye of paid officials and camera. The athlete will then be scored based on total number of repetitions they complete for all 8 elements. The score is based solely on repetition with each competitor having the same amount of time. There will be a Competitive division (for ages 18+) and a Masters division (for ages 40+). Ticket price will only be $35.00. Competitors will have the opportunity to compete up to 3x to better their score. The top 16 from each division will be invited back for a final round to determine the podium. Prizes will include sponsor swag, championship belts and cash prizes!
