WOD 1: 6 min AMRAP: 40 Thrusters 40 OHS 40 Ground to OH 40 Power Cleans 40 Shoulder to OH Rx: 95/65 Scaled: 65/45 Partition reps as needed. WOD 2: In 7 minutes: Partner 2 rep max OHS Athletes may choose any method (BB taken from ground) to achieve the BB position OH. Athletes must demonstrate the OH position before attempting the OHS. Score is the total of the 2 rep max lift from each partner added together. WOD 3: 10 minute AMRAP (Rx) 40/30 calorie row 40 burpee over rower 40 box jump overs 24/20 40 single arm DB snatch 50/35 40 synchro TTB 10 minute AMRAP (Scaled) 40/30 calorie row 40 burpee over rower 40 box jump overs 24/20 40 single arm DB snatch 35/20 40 synchro hanging knee tucksEach same sex team will compete in 3 WODs and one floater WOD in one of 4 divisions (Men's Rx, Women's Rx, Men's Scaled, Women's Scaled). There will be a 5th and final WOD for the top 5 teams in each division. These workouts will be designed to test a wide variety of strengths & skills ensuring for a fun, yet challenging day.
