Event Information

All participating athletes will have unlimited access to Podium Sports Performance for recovery work, treatment, and Normatec use. Cash Prizes and More Teams of 2: MM/FF Rx, Intermediate, Masters (40+), and Fun Divisions (If there are not enough Master's to fill the podium, they will be assimulated and combined with the Intermediate division.) 6 Events All events and movements will be announced via social media on Instagram @crossfitsgv and Facebook. Be sure to subscribe and follow for updates. **All movements and movement standards are subject to change.** Substitutes can be done on the day of at time of check in only. Any time after will not be permitted. All registration fees are non-refundable and can only be transferred once 48 hours prior to competition start time.
