Prices go up 6/25 WODS 1 & 2 – DG OUT AT SEA Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of: 8 Toes to bar/Knees 2 Elbow/Hanging Knee Raises 8 Thrusters 12 Front Rack Alternating lunges Scaled – 75/55 Masters – 95/65 RX – 115/80 Partners will complete full RDS while other partner will row for max calories. Scores will be total reps and calories rowed.
