Event Information

Join us as we harness the power of the CrossFit community to show Covid 19 that you can keep us inside and isolated, but you can't keep us from our fitness. A battle of the boxes, where each athlete registers to their affiliates team (i.e. CrossFit Box X), and the top 30 athlete's scores will go to towards the overall score. All four WODs will be bodyweight, with no equipment needed and must be completed and score submitted before the next one is released. First WOD will be released June 13th at 9am and then every hour after (9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm). No videos will be submitted as this is a fun competition to show that we are all in this together, so everyone will be on the honour system. Please complete the WODs while respecting social distancing and have fun!
