Beat the Heat 7 will be held on Saturday, August 24 at Yankee CrossFit in Farmington, CT. But this is no ordinary partner competition. There’s a twist: There will be 3 guaranteed events per team: ▪️1 event completed by team member A ▪️1 event completed by team member B and ▪️1 event completed by both team members. Top teams will move on to the final event.
