The Muscle Mile is a fitness race. Athletes cover 1 mile and complete 10 workout zones as fast as possible. Go hard! The finish line is 90 reps and 5,280 feet away! Prize money and medals will be awarded to the fastest finishers! Finish sub16 and we'll mail you a Muscle Mile Finisher Shirt!

Event Information:

The 2019 Muscle Mile Online Race Series will use our Indoor/Gym Setup. You can race and compete from the convenience of your local fitness facility anywhere in the world. The Indoor/Gym Setup requires an unobstructed 80 foot running lane and basic fitness equipment. The 2019 Muscle Mile Online Race Series will include three races. Races will be released on the first day of each month beginning in March. Results for each race must be submitted by 9:00pm EST on the last day of the month. Muscle Mile 3.19 (Released March 1 at 12:00pm EST, Result Deadline March 31 at 9:00pm EST) Muscle Mile 4.19 (Released April 1 at 12:00pm EST, Result Deadline April 30 at 9:00pm EST) Muscle Mile 5.19 (Released May 1 at 12:00pm EST, Result Deadline May 31 at 9:00pm EST) 2019 Muscle Mile Online Race Series Athletes must complete all 3 races to be eligible to win the online race series. The series will be scored using a Point per Place method. Your place equals your points. 1st place = 1 point, 2nd place = 2 points, 3rd place = 3 points, etc. Your total score for the series will be the point total from all three races combined. Lowest score wins.
