U.S. Army Sgt. Anibal Santiago, 37, of Belvidere, Illinois, assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, stationed in Fort Benning, Georgia, died on July 18, 2010, in Bagram, Afghanistan.
