WOD Linda is one of the many benchmark CROSSFIT WODs named after girls, aka “the three bars of death“. This WOD is requires strength, determination, power and passion. Keep good form for each movement – a flat back for the deadlifts, good starting position and solid pull for the cleans, and tight elbows for the bench.
