Explicación del entrenamiento
WOD Fran, as written, is a couplet of barbell thrusters and pull-ups. Fran is CrossFit’s 100% sprint. No matter how many times one has performed this workout, it does not ever get “easy.” After completing this workout multiple times, you can see the progress you’ve made, and get a sense of your overall abilities in relation to CrossFit programming. The best times are just over 2 minutes, and you really shouldn’t be taking any longer than 5 or you’re not working to the goals of the workout.
