WOD Cindy is a Girl crossfit benchmark workout, which is performed to assess an athlete’s progress over time. As Many Rounds as Possible (AMRAP) of 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, and 15 squats in 20 minutes. It is designed in a way to have little interference from movement to movement, a rep scheme that allows you to keep moving, and a time duration that is challenging, but doable. Try to establish what that pace is as early as possible and work your butt off to maintain it until the 20 minutes is up.
