Our belief is that CrossFit is the most effective way to get fit and be fit to handle the challenges of daily life. We challenge our members daily and enable them to do far more than they may have ever thought possible. Our focus is on increasing Strength Speed, Power, Endurance, Stamina, Flexibility, Coordination, Accuracy and Agility, which together define fitness. We pride ourselves on a strong community of individuals who are willing to work harder than most to achieve a higher level of fitness than most. The possibilities are only as endless as your desire to make change. We welcome all who have a desire to develop their fitness wether your goal is to play with your children or grandchildren or compete in the CrossFit Games. Our strength at CrossFit Rockford isn't in our numbers but the character and work ethic within Team CrossFit Rockford.
