What are we about? YOU. We want to understand your fitness and health goals and help you take the appropriate steps to head in the direction that you want to move towards. Whether it’s through our CrossFit, Cardio Fit or Kids Fit program we want to give you focus, confidence and an environment that cultivates health and fitness. Our programs focus on moving in functional ways (think pulling, pushing, squatting, jumping and running). We do that using a variety of tools like kettlebells, barbells, pull up bars, medicine balls, boxes and, of course, the running trail that’s right out our back door. Don’t know what any of that is? No worries. Our experienced coaching staff will lead you through any scaling options that are needed so that you can become more comfortable and move safely over your lifetime.
