CFK has been in operation near the base of Kennesaw Mountain since 2010. Our dedicated coaching staff is here to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Whether you are an active person or have never done the “gym thing” before, we can help you. We start everyone with a No Sweat Intro, which is a 20-30 minute one-on-one consultation to learn about you, your background, and your goals. At the end of the meeting, we will detail the best way for you to get started working toward your goals.
