The General Physical Preparedness program at Iron & Grit is developed by Brandon Peterson the founder and owner of Complete Athletic Performance. Coach Peterson’s belief that the sport of fitness is fueled by competition and community is at the heart of our community. I started Iron & Grit because I believed we could change the lives of people in Boston through fitness. To find a coach like Brandon Peterson who is as dedicated to excellence and community as we are is the most rewarding experience.
