Wall Climb

Level: Average

Wall Climb it's a great exercise which you can use in a gym or at home, it's simply to do and most of  athletes can use it in their workouts, egardless of their training experience.


How to do Wall Climb:


- Start with your toes and chest on the deck.

- Walk your feet up the wall until your chest touches the wall.

- Then descend back to the original position.
