Description

How to do Tuck Jump:

- Start with your feets about shouler-width or little less

- Keep your back erect

-  Your legs should be slightly bent

- Get down into a quarter squat position

- Jump up high, and try to bring the knees to chest

- When you come down, land on bent legs, it's be safe for your knees joints
