How to do Overhead Walking:


- Begin with the barbell pressed above your head in an overhand grip.

- With the barbell stabilized overhead, walk forward at a medium pace.

- Keep walking with your barbell overhead in a pressed position. A great core and shoulder stability move. You can do an overhead carry with barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells or sandbags.
