One arm Kettlebell press

The Kettlebell Press is the good old standard for building upper body and shoulder strength. The kettlebell puts the shoulder in a better position for pressing by forcing it to stay upright by pulling back on the arm. When performing heavy military presses you will notice big gains in other lifts as well as greater strength throughout your entire body. The military press is definitely a must for anyone looking to put on muscle and strength.

How to do Kettlebell Press:

- Perform a Clean to get the kettlebell into the rack position.

- From this position, press the kettlebell straight up to elbow lockout.

- Lower kettlebell back into the Rack Position.

Some tips:

Keep your back straight, heels down, and your core tight throughout the duration.
