Description

How to do Knees to Elbows:

 

– Hang from the pull-up bar with locked out arms and hands just wider than shoulder width

– Kick your feet up and back until your knees touch or get close to your elbows

– On the way down either tap your feet to the ground or kip forward to counter the body sway

– Repeat
