Initial position:   

- Take a buddy by the hand and throw it over your shoulder.

- Kneel down In the way that the middle of the human body is opposite your shoulder.

- Transfer the weight of a person's body to your body.

- Stand up, using the strength of the muscles of the legs and back.

Performing the exercise:   

- After you get up you can start walking.
