The technique of performing the exercise: Box Jumps Overs are similar to Box Jumps, the only difference is that an athlete must jump over the box and land on the floor. Except the advantages, which have regular box jumps, this exercise perfectly develops the coordination of movements. Initial position: - Stand about 20 - 30 cm away from the box with a hip width stance - Knees slightly bent. Performing the exercise: - Rapidly swing your arms back while dipping your knees to start the jump. - Swing your arms forward while jumping completely over the box without touching it. (Another way to perform this is by touching both feet to the top of the box.) - Turn around and repeat. Features: You don’t need a full lockout of knees and hips unlike regular box jumps.
