Description

The technique of performing the exercise:

Bear Crawl involves a large number of muscles. But depending on the way of scaling, you can reduce or increase the load. This exercise is universal so it can be performed not only in the gym, but also outdoors and no additional equipment is required for this exercise.

  Initial position:  

- Go on all fours. Face down.

- Arms are stretched, the hands are right below the shoulders.

- Legs, buttocks and knees, also located on the same level.

- Knees should be about 1 inch from the floor.

 Performing the exercise:  

- Start to move smoothly forward.

- Crawl forward by putting one hand and the opposite foot forward

 Common mistakes:

 - Arching back.

- Knees are too high above the floor.

- Knees go beyond the elbows.

- Swaying the hips from side to side.
