S.W.A.G.G. Crossfit presents the inagural Patriot Games competition held at Total Sports Academy in Seymour CT. Three person same sex competition. RX and Scaled divisions. Guaranteed three workouts and a floater wod. Final Wod for top five teams in each division. Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m Athlete briefing on workout standards at 8:45 and heat one begins at 9:15 a.m. Wrap up and awards at 5 p.m. **Cash prize for RX division winners!**

WOD ONE "Give me Liberty or Give me the Devil's Press" 8 minute AMRAP 6 Devil's press RX (50/35) Scaled (35/20) 10 Alternating Snatches RX (50/35) Scaled (35/20) 30 Double Unders Scaled 60 singles This will be a relay type workout. Athlete one completes the 6 devils press, 10 snatches and the jump rope then runs back to tag the next athlete who will complete the 3 movements this will continue until the 8 minutes is completed.
